Thank you for shopping with us. We’re a small, founder-run boutique and truly appreciate every order placed through our store. Many of our products are carefully sourced through trusted wholesale partners and marketplaces, including items fulfilled through our extended supplier network.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 2 to 5 business days after purchase. During launches, holidays, promotions, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Timeframes

Estimated delivery times vary depending on the product, supplier location, and shipping destination.

Typical delivery windows are:

  • Domestic U.S. orders: 5 to 12 business days
  • Specialty or made-to-order items: 10 to 21 business days

Split Shipments

Because we work with a network of boutique suppliers and fulfillment partners, items in the same order may ship separately and arrive at different times.

You may receive multiple tracking numbers for a single order.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at the time of purchase.

If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at [your email] and we will do our best to assist before the order ships.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is outside of our direct control. If your tracking shows delivered but you cannot locate the package:

  • Please check with neighbors or household members
  • Contact the carrier directly
  • Reach out to us and we’ll help however we can

We are not responsible for stolen packages after confirmed delivery.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order size, weight, and destination.

From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions.

Preorders & Limited Drops

Items marked as preorder or part of a limited release may require additional fulfillment time. Estimated ship windows will be noted on the product page whenever possible.
